Working for the wrong company will squash your spirit. Your positive energy will slowly transform into rage, doubt, and frustraton. They say it is a meritocracy. You leave knowing that it is driven by gossip and insecurities rather than ideas and hard work. But, this is all really insignificant. Living a good life is so much more than dealing with a few Debbie Downers and Insecure Ians. In a year from now, it will not matter because you are lucky enough to have options, good friends and family. You will find a place where the only way up is by being 100% you.
