Today I loved. In spite of getting frustrated a few times. In spite of trying to manage my expectations. In spite of worrying a little. I loved. I loved my son as he woke up this morning and sang us his ABC's. I loved that my man took the baby so that I could sleep in. I loved that I had a coffee in my hand, while the sky turned gray, and the world went silent. I loved the yoga mat under my knees tonight, the food that is so abundant in my cupboards, and the many people that shared the day with me. What did you love?
